The Friary has been stylishly decorated with wooden flooring throughout and vibrant complimenting touches.   The holiday home is in a great position away from the main road behind the Clock Inn so traffic noise is minimal.

Seatown Beach is within easy walking distance, as are two other excellent local pubs, making it easy to enjoy days by the sea and leisurely evenings out without getting in the car.  The nearby South West Coast Path offers spectacular coastal walks right from the village, with breathtaking views along the cliffs.
